ClientBase users can set up the CB Live Connect feature to import bookings from Trip Publisher back into ClientBase.


The following steps outlines how to set up CB Live Connect for Umapped:


ClientBase Window


1. From within ClientBase, click Utilities then Live Connect Providers. 

2. Select Add, and enter Umapped for the Provider Name.

3. Enter https://trip.umapped.com/cb/login for the URL.

4. Select HTML Source for the Import XML From field.

5. Select Tour for Travel Category.

6. Click OK



Set up for Live Connect agent logins can be done individually. When Live Connect is launched, the system first looks to see if there is login information at the User Login level, and if not, then asks the user to login at the provider website. Users can store their own logins by going to Utilities, My Login, Live Connect and clicking Add.


ClientBase Online


1. From within ClientBase, go to Toolsthen Settings, then Live Connect Providers.

2. Select Add.

3. Enter https://trip.umapped.com/cb/login for the URL.

4. Select HTML Source for the Import XML From field.

5. Select Tour for Travel Category.

6. Click OK.



Each user can store their own login information under Tools, My Login, Live Connect. Click Add, select Umapped from the drop-down menu and enter in your login credentials for Trip Publisher (the Agency Number and Code is not applicable).
